American Spirit Contest, Rules to Entry

4th of July

This is a contest for all friends of DentalXChange competing for one free month of Electronic Claims.  The Grand Prize winner will get their claims bill waived for one month–easy as that*! (charges for other services such as NEA, Real-Time, BillConnect & PayConnect will still apply).

We will collect 4th of July vacation photos starting Tuesday, July 5.  The voting will run from July 5-July 15, midnight PST.  A winner will be announced and contacted by Monday, July 18.  You can find photo submission rules below!

Contest Entry: The contest is open to all fans of DentalXChange on!!!  Please send your 4th of July celebration photos to

Restrictions: Only one entry per practice–if you have multiple locations, only one location is allowed to enter.  Thanks!! 🙂  Send us the BEST photo of your celebration.  We know there might be plenty, but we just want your BEST.  A fantastic meal you cooked, you and your staff having a BBQ, you and your family watching the fireworks, your pet dressed up in American flag gear–whatever you want to contribute you can!

Entry: Entering the DentalXChange American Spirit Contest is very easy!

  1. Send your celebration photo to Facebook[at]DentalXChange[dot]com along with your full name, dental office you work at, and your location.
  2. Like “DentalXChange” on Facebook. Then add “Sidra” our Social Media Coordinator as your friend. This way we can tag your photo and get people to vote for you!  We will place your photos in our special album called “American Spirit Photo Contest” album on Facebook.
  3. Get your friends, coworkers, boss and family to follow the directions below to vote for you!

The photo that receives the most “Like” votes … wins!!!

Voting: To vote, you must be a fan of DentalXChange on Facebook. Press the “Like” button under the photo of your favorite photo. The winning photo will be determined by having the most “likes”. (“Like” comments will not count). In the case of a tie for the winner, a winner will be selected randomly from the tied parties. To maximize your chances of winning, encourage your family, friends, and acquaintances to become fans of DentalXChange on Facebook so they vote for you.

Rules: Photos must be taken by entrant or at entrant’s request, non-professional and unpublished. Grand Prize: The grand prize is a FREE MONTH OF CLAIMS for DentalXChange clients.  Existing clients will have the total taken off their bill for the month of July.  New clients will be given their first month of claims for free.   The free month excludes non-claims charges such as Real-Time Eligibility, NEA, Patient Education, BillConnect, PayConnect, or Patient Storage.
